Tomato and Green Bean soup

4 ripe tomatoes

2 small onions or 1 medium

4 big potatoes

3 ribs of celery

2 carrots

500g of fresh string beans

3 cloves of garlic

water til the vegetables float in the Ninja Foodie©

salt and olive oil to taste

Cut the tips of the string beans, cut in three, cook it on the rice cooker on non pressure steam using 1 liter of water and the steam accessory (white disk).

Use the Ninja Foodie for the creamy base:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 2 small onions or 1 medium, peeled and quartered
  • 4 big potatoes cut in peaces
  • 3 ribs of celery sliced
  • 2 carrots peeled and cubed
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • water til it floats in the Ninja Foodie©

Before blending add salt and olive oil to taste.
Taste and check the consistency of the soup base.
Add the string beans to the soup and if the cream is too thick add some of the water from steaming them.
