Koldskål is a traditional Danish dessert, typically enjoyed during the summer months. It is a cold, creamy, sweet soup made from buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, and sugar. It is often served with kammerjunker, small crispy cookies similar to Italian biscotti.

Torvehallerne
This is one of my favorite places in Copenhagen. I like to take the Metro to Kongens Nytorv and walk towards this market and have a latte or a bowl of fresh fruit and nuts and site outside in one of the big tables. There are events as pumpkin carving for Halloween (photo above)
