When entering the Fall what we do? We cook pumpkin and making soup is what comes more natural to me. I love soup because it is an easy way to eat vegetables, plus it tastes so good.

This is another edition of a breakfast Smoothie. Ideal for a lazy morning like today’s. Full of flavor, healthy and nutritious. 200 g pineapple 150 g apple 2 mint leafs 1/2 teaspoon of chia seeds 100 ml of water Put all ingredients in a blender and press “Start”
