Nectarine, mango yogurt and chocolate pudin parfait
Nectarines are a summer fruit. Pair them with mango, yogurt and chocolate and you got a great dessert. I used a special yogurt that contains oat grains. That gives it another layer of flavour😋.
Watermelon and raspberry smoothie
Blend 200ml of water, a good size slice of watermelon (just the flesh) with 100g of frozen raspberries. If you want to take it to the next level add 1 leaf of mint before blending. It is so refreshing!
