Blend 200ml of water, a good size slice of watermelon (just the flesh) with 100g of frozen raspberries. If you want to take it to the next level add 1 leaf of mint before blending. It is so refreshing!

With the cold weather outside a bowl of porridge is just what I needed and the red, juicy red plums were a perfect topping. R.I.P you were delicious!
