- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 150 g of shrimp in brine
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 150 g of plain yogurt
- 100 g of cucumber
- 1/4 of bell pepper
- 1/2 spring onion (white part)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 3 black olives, stone removed
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 spring of dill
- 3 small boiled potatoes
- Keep all ingredients in the refrigerator for a least 24 hours
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl, add plain yogurt, the garlic powder, salt, pepper. Mix well.
- Using a mandolin cut very thin slices of spring onion, bell pepper and cucumber
- Change the mandolin settings to medium and slice the tomato and mix
- Cut the eggs
- Cube the potatoes and add to the other ingredients
- Slice the olives and mince the dill and sprinkle the salad
- Serve cold with lettuce or a slice of bread
