Shrimp and Egg salad

 

  • 1 hard-boiled eggsmorbroed
  • 150 g of shrimp in brine
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 150 g of plain yogurt
  • 100 g of cucumber
  • 1/4 of bell pepper
  • 1/2 spring onion (white part)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 black olives, stone removed
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 spring of dill
  • 3 small boiled potatoes

 

  1. Keep all ingredients in the refrigerator for a least 24 hours
  2. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl, add plain yogurt, the garlic powder, salt, pepper. Mix well.
  3. Using a mandolin cut very thin slices of spring onion, bell pepper and cucumber
  4. Change the mandolin settings to medium and slice the tomato and mix
  5. Cut the eggs
  6. Cube the potatoes and add to the other ingredients
  7. Slice the olives and mince the dill and sprinkle the salad
  8. Serve cold with lettuce or a slice of bread
