- 70g cooked Salmon or a small tin of pulled Salmon
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
- 1 tea spoon of chopped parsley
- 1 table spoon of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 4 green olives
- 1/4 of bell-pepper, sliced
- 2 table spoons of grated cheese (for the golden crust)
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 2 rustic buns
- Make a paste with the salmon, cream cheese, dill, parsley, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Reserve.
- Cut a cap on each bun and cut out the soft middle in order to make a bowl.
- Pre-heat the oven at 200C.
- Stuff the buns with the slices of bell pepper, olives, slices of egg, the salmon mix. Top with grated cheese.
- Put on a tin with baking paper and let the cheese melt and get a golden color.
- Serve with a salad.
