Salmon Stuffed Bun

  • 70g cooked Salmon or a small tin of pulled Salmon
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dill
  • 1 tea spoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 table spoon of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 4 green olives
  • 1/4 of bell-pepper, sliced
  • 2 table spoons of grated cheese (for the golden crust)
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • 2 rustic buns
  • Make a paste with the salmon, cream cheese, dill, parsley, black pepper and garlic powder.
  • Reserve.
  • Cut a cap on each bun and cut out the soft middle in order to make a bowl.
  • Pre-heat the oven at 200C.
  • Stuff the buns with the slices of bell pepper, olives, slices of egg, the salmon mix. Top with grated cheese.
  • Put on a tin with baking paper and let the cheese melt and get a golden color.
  • Serve with a salad.
