- 1 Banana
- 100g of Raspberries
- 100g of Blueberries
- 15g of Chia seeds
- 500g of skyr
- 1 vanilla pod
- 150g of Cream cheese
- 150g of cookies
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of dry coconut
- Put the raspberries, blueberries, skyr, chia seeds, cream cheese and vanilla seeds in a blender.
- Make the cookie base mixing in a blender the cookies, butter and dry coconut.
- Pour the cookie base on a serving tray and make a even layer.
- Pour on top the fruit mix.
- Take to the refrigerator to set.
