- 100 ml of steel cut oats
- 250 ml of milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 lemon peal
- 1 tablespoon of Stevia
- 2 ripe red plums, stone removed and sliced
- Reserve the plums.
- Mix all other ingredients in a sauce pan and cook them over a stove on 4 stirring till in gets creamy and consistent.
- Remove the lemon peal and serve with the plum toping
