Plum Porridge

  • 100 ml of steel cut oats
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 lemon peal
  • 1 tablespoon of Stevia
  • 2 ripe red plums, stone removed and sliced
  1. Reserve the plums.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a sauce pan and cook them over a stove on 4 stirring till in gets creamy and consistent.
  3. Remove the lemon peal and serve with the plum toping
