Pear and cocoa make a delicious and classic combination. In this sugar-free version I added walnuts and almonds to make it even tastier.
- 1 Williams pear
- 2 teaspoons of ricotta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon nonfat sugar-free cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sweetener
- 1 Short cake cookie, sugar free, if you can find it
- 1 lemon
- 4 almonds with skin on
- 2 walnuts
- To make the soil place the cookie, cocoa, almonds and sweetener in a food processor and chop coarsely.
- Cut the pear in half, remove the core with a teaspoon.
- Drizzle pear with lemon juice to not oxidize
- Fill the pear halves with ricotta and place half walnut on top
- Sprinkle a plate with soil and arrange the pear halves on top of the soil.
