Pear and Walnut smoothie

  • 1 ripe conference pear
  • 2 tablespoons of walnut kernels
  • 50 ml of plain yogurt
  • 50 ml of water

Blend the walnuts at minimum speed until you obtain a sort of flour.
Core and cut in cubes the pear. Put the pear, yogurt and water in a blender. Blend at maximum speed to obtain a silky smoothie. 😋
