- 50g of steel cut oats
- 100ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of fat free cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of Stevia
- 1 pear
- 1 kiwi
- 100 ml of plain yogurt
- Put a small saucepan in medium heat (4) and fill it with the milk, cocoa powder, oats and Stevia.
- Stir continuously so it doesn’t burn. When it is creamy stop and pour it on a breakfast bowl.
- Peel and dice the kiwi.
- Cut and remove the pear’s core. Dice it.
- Pour the yogurt.
You can use your milk and yogurt of choice to make this recipe. Make it traditional or vegetarian or vegan is in your hands. Just use sugar-free produce.
