Pear and Kiwi Cocoa Porridge

  • 50g of steel cut oats
  • 100ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of fat free cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Stevia
  • 1 pear
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 ml of plain yogurt
  1. Put a small saucepan in medium heat (4) and fill it with the milk, cocoa powder, oats and Stevia.
  2. Stir continuously so it doesn’t burn. When it is creamy stop and pour it on a breakfast bowl.
  3. Peel and dice the kiwi.
  4. Cut and remove the pear’s core. Dice it.
  5. Pour the yogurt.

You can use your milk and yogurt of choice to make this recipe. Make it traditional or vegetarian or vegan is in your hands. Just use sugar-free produce.
