Cocoa, Pear and Banana milkshake with Turkey and Tahini sandwich

Cocoa, Pear and Banana smoothie
  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 of a banana
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 150ml of milk

Blend at maximum power and serve.

  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread, toasted
  • 1 slice or thin turkey steak
  • 2 teaspoons of tahini (sesame butter)
  • 1 handful of cut lettuce and radicchio
