Cocoa, Almond and Banana Cake in the Airfryer

  • 3 small bananas, ripe
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 50g of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cristal Stevia
  • 170g of wholemeal flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 handful of Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut chips
  • 50g of cocoa powder (100% cocoa. No sugar. No cocoa butter)😍
  1. Blend the bananas, egg, butter and cinnamon.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients on a bowl and add to the banana mix
  3. Blend at full speed till you get a paste
  4. Add the almonds and coconut chips
  5. Blend some more
  6. Spray the 800g tin for baking in the Airfryer with butter sprayer. If you don’t have a butter spray use soft butter and rub the tin with it.
  7. Cook at 160C for 40min
  8. Serve with vanilla skyr and bluberries
