- 3 small bananas, ripe
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 50g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cristal Stevia
- 170g of wholemeal flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 handful of Almonds
- 1 tablespoon of coconut chips
- 50g of cocoa powder (100% cocoa. No sugar. No cocoa butter)😍
- Blend the bananas, egg, butter and cinnamon.
- Mix the dry ingredients on a bowl and add to the banana mix
- Blend at full speed till you get a paste
- Add the almonds and coconut chips
- Blend some more
- Spray the 800g tin for baking in the Airfryer with butter sprayer. If you don’t have a butter spray use soft butter and rub the tin with it.
- Cook at 160C for 40min
- Serve with vanilla skyr and bluberries
