This salad was inspired by the delicious Danish smorrebrod. I made a lighter sauce by adding plain yogurt. In this recipe you can find echoes of my mediterranean roots mixed with the Scandinavian cuisine. The result is delicious, healthy and refreshing.

Chicken, spinach and cheese pie

I love pie, savory or sweet but I don’t know how to make the dough, so I buy it fresh from a supermarket and I am lucky with the quality of the produce I can find in Copenhagen. Made with real butter. I only have to make a delicious filling.
